Congratulations to Amy Hauck and Tina Zampa for winning their respective divisions at the Master National NPC in Pittsburg. Each earned their Pro Cards. Now, two of my clients are professional female bodybuilders!

I began coaching each 5 months before the competition. I created a specific diet program which was high in calories and slowly decreased the carbs through the end of the training cycle. Each competitor followed a training program I designed specifically for them, including a cardio program which changed every eight weeks. I worked with each intensively to develop a routine and followed their progress on Skype every week.

My goal was to bring them to the competition with perfect symmetry, good condition, and professional posing routines to achieve their goals. Amy Hauck won first place in Bodybuilding, Light Heavy Weight class and the Overall Master 50 division. Tina Zampa won the Heavy Weight class in Bodybuilding in the Master 45 division and received her Pro Card.
