I am a professional trainer who has trained at different levels of athletes for male and female bodybuilding, fitness, figure, physique, bikini/modeling contests. My areas of expertise are nutrition, training, posing routines and choreography. I meet with clients in person and offer distance training (online) to those outside of the South Florida area.
